Signing up for our services means you agree to all the following terms. Do not sign up for a new account if you do not agree to all the following terms. This list of terms is subject to change without notice. All updates will be posted here.

WebSiteBestValue.com retains all copyrights for our work. You may not copy the
site and/or put it up somewhere else. Your pictures and original text are yours.
The layout and code is ours. Contact us for permission to copy the site.

• If you do not pay for subsequent years of service prior to the payment deadline, your website and domain name may be cancelled as soon as the paid time has expired. Try to take care of this 30 days in advance of expiration.
• You have 21 Days to decide if you are satisfied with your new website.
• If not, simply email us within the 21 Days to request a refund.
  You will be refunded everything minus a small $10 administrative fee.
• You can only get the $10* credit/discount once per year per website, regardless of the number of times you qualify. You can only get up to $10* dollars off the regular price of a website per year. Any more than that and we would be losing money to give you a website.
• Any credits on your account may be redeemed for additional services. We will not issue a refund unless it is part of the moneyback guarantee.
• If your website will cost us more than you will pay us, we reserve the right to cancel all services and provide a full refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we find the intended content of the site offensive or for any other legally and/or morally acceptable reason.
• You warrant to us that all the materials you provide us for publication on your website are legal in all applicable jurisdictions and you either hold the copyright or are authorized to publish them on the internet in the manner agreed upon.
• We are not responsible for any damages, including loss of income, that result from errors or anything else on your website. You are responsible for final proofreading.
• We are not responsible for any damages, including loss of income, resulting from your website being unavailable for any reason and for any amount of time. If your website is that critical, you need to be paying alot more than we are charging.
• To prevent fraud, the domain will be locked from transfers until the moneyback period has expired. If you cancel your subscription during the initial money back guarantee period (or receive a refund for any reason), the domain belongs to us, and will be listed in our name. You may buy the basic domain [.COM] [.NET] [.ORG] [.US] [.BIZ] [.INFO] from us for $15, and pay more for other types of domains based on our cost plus $5 processing fee.
• You are not guaranteed a specific domain name until you receive confirmation of domain name purchase via email. Placing an order and/or paypal payment confirmation are not evidence that your new domain name has been reserved. The domain name will be purchased manually by us for you when the order is manually processed by us.
• If you choose to enter keywords for your domain, we will email you with a list of available domain names to choose from. You must specify your exact domain name choice, then we will try to purchase it for you. This is for your convenience, and does not guarantee that the domain name will be available when we try to purchase it for you. You will receive an email notification when the domain name has been successfully purchased.
• If you do not purchase the domain name from us upon cancellation of the order, you will be charged a $25 reinstatement fee if you make any future purchases from us.
• To prevent abuse of money back policy, if you cancel service, you will not be permitted to re-order in the future for a minimum of 6 months from the date of cancellation. You may be indefinitely banned if we find it appropriate.
• To prevent fraud, we will record your IP address.
• Site builder license and use only valid while the web site is hosted with us. You may not take the site builder with you if you move to a different host.
